M

M is our owner and commercial manager. A techie and treehugger at heart, he oversees policies and sustainable practices. He also writes our blog and manages our Instagram account. If you ever want to visit or buy from us shoot him a message.

J

J ia PHD level agronomist and the real brains behind the operation. He’s the owner of Lean Coffee Management, the company that runs our day to day operations. J manages other farms in El Salvador and Colombia. Valle de Oro is his pride and joy :)

D

D has been here since the beginning. He’s our property manager and helps coordinate day to day operations. In other words, he’s our right hand man, and keeps the clock ticking.

Our former owner and founder. Currently retired and one of the nicest persons you’ll ever meet! His only condition after selling the property was to receive a yearly supply of our washed Marsellesa (the only coffee he drinks).
